We guarantee our work and will not charge you if we cannot complete the job. We also have a Warranty on all keys we provide.

We DO NOT recommend buying keys online. Many of these keys are low-quality or even incorrect type or frequency and can damage vehicles permanently. If you would like to source your own keys and/or fobs, we will ask that you fill out a liability waiver, and only then will we attempt to program your keys/fobs. Cheap keys can deliver bad information and will corrupt files and information in vehicle computers. Those computers will then have to be replaced and programmed to the vehicle along with new keys. This is VERY expensive, so please proceed at your own risk. We prefer to use OEM keys whenever possible as they have the best possible result with the vehicle.

Most keys are relatively inexpensive, and the majority of our service billing is actually for labor, distance and tool costs. There is no warranty on any work involving customer supplied keys.

Yes, we are mobile! - We can come to you to get things done with portable key cutters and programmers. Servicing Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding area. We will go anywhere in Pennsylvania if need be!

All Keys lost? - Have you lost every single method of getting into or starting your vehicle? Not a problem. We can decode locks to make a key from scratch and program it to your vehicle. This is a skill that few locksmiths even have without paying the dealership to give you a key code or towing the vehicle to them for programming. Keep in mind that we will always need identification and proof of relationship to the vehicle before we start any work.

We have lots of keys in stock. If we do not have it in stock currently, we can typically get any key within 1-2 business days from our suppliers' warehouses.

Costs depend on the make and year of the vehicle, the type of keys made, as well as the distance traveled. The average service cost (including call-out fee) is @ $250.00, but prices can range from approximately $90.00 for a single metal key that you already have and wish to duplicate to $350.00 or more for 2 premium smart keys or fobs that would need programming. We try to be well on the less than half side of things as far as what a Dealership charges, AND we come to you at the time and place of your choosing, and no $$$ Tow bill!

2. Fill out the Service Quote Request Form completely and click 'Submit'.
3. Wait up to 24 hours (usually much less) for a Service Quote email reply.
4. If you are agreeable and ready to proceed, Book your Service and pay the Call-Out Fee to schedule and reserve your appointment (refundable up to 48 hours from the scheduled appointment date). We take all major Credit Cards and most electronic transfers.
5. The Service Quote - The body of work, keys cut, programmed and vehicle diagnostics, at the physical location of the vehicle, must be paid in full immediately upon completion of any work.

Should you decline any further service at this stage (less than 48 hours), any Call-Out fee will be non-refundable.
